Pet112 – Käyttöehdot

1. Yleistä

Nämä käyttöehdot ("Ehdot") koskevat Pet112-sovelluksen ja -verkkopalveluiden ("Palvelu") käyttöä. Käyttämällä Palvelua hyväksyt nämä Ehdot ja sitoudut noudattamaan niitä.

2. Palvelun tarjoaja

Palvelun tarjoaa Pet112 (lisää virallinen yhtiön nimi ja osoite tähän). Lisätietoja henkilötietojen käsittelystä löytyy tietosuojakäytännöstä.

3. Käyttöoikeus ja ikäraja

  • Palvelu on tarkoitettu vain vähintään 18-vuotiaille käyttäjille.
  • Olet vastuussa siitä, että antamasi tiedot ovat oikeita ja ajantasaisia sekä että sinulla on oikeus hallinnoida lemmikin tietoja.

4. Palvelun kuvaus

Palvelu tarjoaa muun muassa seuraavia toiminnallisuuksia:

  • lemmikkien terveystietojen ja lääketieteellisten tietueiden hallinta
  • AI-avusteinen eläinlääkärineuvonta (AI-eläinlääkäri)
  • eläinlääkäriklinikoiden ja lemmikkipalveluiden haku ja varaukset
  • potilaskutsut, muistutukset ja ilmoitukset
  • lemmikkiprofiilien jakaminen yhteisomistajien kanssa

5. AI-eläinlääkäri ja vastuuvapauslauseke

  • AI-eläinlääkäri perustuu OpenAI:n tarjoamaan kielimalliin ja toimii ainoastaan yleisluontoisena neuvontatyökaluna.
  • AI-eläinlääkäri ei ole eläinlääkärin tekemän kliinisen tutkimuksen tai diagnoosin korvike eikä hätätilanteiden hoitoon tarkoitettu palvelu.
  • Olet itse vastuussa siitä, että haet aina tarvittaessa välitöntä hoitoa eläinlääkäriltä tai hätänumerosta.
  • Pet112 ei vastaa AI-eläinlääkärin antamien vastausten mahdollisista virheistä, tulkintavirheistä tai puutteista. AI:n antamat suositukset tulee aina arvioida kriittisesti ja tarvittaessa varmistaa eläinlääkäriltä.

6. Käyttäjän velvollisuudet

  • pidät käyttäjätunnuksesi ja salasanasi salassa etkä jaa niitä muiden kanssa
  • käytät Palvelua vain laillisiin tarkoituksiin
  • et yritä murtautua Palveluun, kiertää teknisiä suojauksia tai häiritä Palvelun toimintaa
  • et tallenna Palveluun laitonta, loukkaavaa tai asiattomaa sisältöä

7. Immateriaalioikeudet

Palvelu, mukaan lukien siihen liittyvä ohjelmisto, käyttöliittymä, grafiikka, logot ja sisältö (pois lukien käyttäjien itse syöttämä sisältö), on Pet112:n tai sen lisenssinantajien omaisuutta ja suojattu tekijänoikeus- ja tavaramerkkilainsäädännöllä.

8. Maksut ja kolmansien osapuolten palvelut

Mikäli Palveluun liitetään maksullisia toiminnallisuuksia (esim. Stripe-maksut), sovelletaan lisäksi kulloinkin voimassa olevia maksu- ja sopimusehtoja. Eläinlääkäri- ja lemmikkipalvelut, joita varaat Palvelun kautta, tarjoaa aina kyseinen palveluntarjoaja, ei Pet112.

9. Vastuunrajoitus

  • Palvelu tarjotaan "sellaisena kuin se on" ja "sellaisena kuin se on saatavilla". Emme takaa, että Palvelu on virheetön tai keskeytyksetön.
  • Pet112 ei vastaa epäsuorista tai välillisistä vahingoista, kuten tulonmenetyksistä, liikevaihdon pienenemisestä tai tietojen menetyksestä, ellei pakottavasta lainsäädännöstä muuta johdu.

10. Palvelun muuttaminen ja lopettaminen

Voimme kehittää ja muuttaa Palvelua jatkuvasti. Voimme myös lopettaa Palvelun tai sen osan tarjoamisen. Ilmoitamme olennaisista muutoksista etukäteen sovelluksessa ja/tai verkkosivustolla, jos se on kohtuullista.

11. Evästeet ja seuranta

Käytämme evästeitä ja vastaavia tekniikoita verkkosivuston ja portaaleiden toiminnan mahdollistamiseen sekä analytiikkaan. Ei-välttämättömiin evästeisiin ja analytiikkaan pyydetään erikseen suostumus evästebannerin avulla.

12. Sovellettava laki ja riitojen ratkaisu

Näihin Ehtoihin sovelletaan Suomen lakia, lukuun ottamatta sen lainvalintaa koskevia säännöksiä. Mahdolliset erimielisyydet pyritään ensisijaisesti ratkaisemaan neuvotteluteitse. Mikäli sovintoa ei saavuteta, riidat ratkaistaan toimivaltaisessa tuomioistuimessa Suomessa, ellei pakottavasta kuluttajansuojaa koskevasta lainsäädännöstä muuta johdu.

1. General

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the Pet112 application and web services (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Service provider

The Service is provided by Pet112 (insert official legal entity name and address here). For information about how we process personal data, please see our Privacy Policy.

3. Eligibility and age requirement

  • The Service is intended only for users who are at least 18 years old.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and up-to-date and that you have the right to manage the pet data you add to the Service.

4. Description of the Service

The Service includes, among other things:

  • management of pet health information and medical records
  • AI-assisted veterinary advice (AI vet)
  • search and booking of veterinary clinics and pet services
  • patient calls, reminders and notifications
  • sharing pet profiles with co-owners

5. AI vet and medical disclaimer

  • The AI vet feature is powered by a language model provided by OpenAI and is intended only as a general guidance tool.
  • The AI vet is not a substitute for an in-person veterinary examination, diagnosis or emergency treatment.
  • You are solely responsible for seeking immediate professional veterinary care or contacting emergency services when needed.
  • Pet112 is not liable for any errors, misinterpretations or omissions in the AI vet's responses. Any recommendations should be considered indicative and, where appropriate, confirmed with a licensed veterinarian.

6. User responsibilities

  • keep your login credentials confidential and do not share them with others
  • use the Service only for lawful purposes
  • do not attempt to hack, circumvent technical protections or otherwise interfere with the operation of the Service
  • do not upload illegal, offensive or inappropriate content to the Service

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including the underlying software, user interface, graphics, logos and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by Pet112 or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

8. Payments and third-party services

If paid features (such as Stripe-based payments) are introduced to the Service, they will be subject to additional payment and contractual terms. Veterinary and pet services booked through the Service are always provided by the respective clinic or service provider, not by Pet112.

9. Limitation of liability

  • The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
  • Pet112 is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, such as loss of income, loss of revenue or loss of data, except where such limitation is not permitted under mandatory law.

10. Changes and termination

We may develop and change the Service over time. We may also discontinue the Service or parts of it. Where reasonable, we will provide prior notice of material changes in the app and/or on the website.

11. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies in our websites and portals to enable their operation and for analytics. Where required by law, we will seek your consent to non-essential cookies and analytics via a cookie banner.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes shall primarily be resolved amicably through negotiations. If no settlement is reached, disputes may be brought before the competent courts in Finland, without prejudice to mandatory rules on consumer jurisdiction.
